We stayed at Nicholas’s Airbnb for my friend’s coed bachelor/bachelorette party. It was the perfect space for all of us to enjoy each other’s company and make memories! It’ a great location and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here as a group to celebrate a senior class trip, it works out perfect as each side is separated. The host always communicates well and the house was clean! This was our second year coming here and I’m sure we will be back!

The place was wonderful! We were able to walk to restaurants, the hangout areas were spacious in the house allowing everyone to be able to be in the same room to catch up. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a great time staying here! The place was large and we all fit perfectly. The bigger room with multiple beds was great for our volleyball team and then the other rooms for all the families. We had a great time playing basketball, foosball, and Pac-Man. Loved the sitting area for movies and large kitchen table with lots of seating for meals and games. Nicolas was super quick with responses and granted us late check out to accommodate our volleyball game times. Plenty of towels for all our guests. We had 14. Thanks so much!!

The location was excellent—close to all the activities we wanted to do during our stay. We traveled with a large group, so cooking a few meals was important, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make that easy. The space accommodated our group comfortably and was especially well equipped for families with young children, including a high chair, children’s beds, and kid-friendly utensils.
The kids loved playing in the garage with all the games, while the adults were able to supervise, gather, and play board games in the dining area. There were also plenty of supplies and toiletries, which was a pleasant surprise.

Great for kids and families!
Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked.
Recreation room was spacious. Lots of TVs.
Linens, toilet paper, paper towels were enough for the stay.
It was very clean!
The location is quiet and an easy 15 minute drive to the water parks and amusement centers.
Host was available and responded quickly to questions.
We had a wonderful visit.

This location was perfect close to everything. The home itself is beautiful with plenty of space. All of the kids had freedom to run and play. Making this location a family must for future trips.

Nicholas's place was spaceous, clean, with lots to do. He was very responsive and willing to help with all accommodations. Our family had a great time and would definitely recommend! We'll be back.
