The only place on Broadway St. downtown Dells that sleeps 18! You're staying right on the main street so walk wherever you want to go! We've been hosting for years and offer this newly renovated place to guests starting in 2026. Our new place includes: - 6 bedrooms - 3 full baths - 2 large lounge spaces - A fun BONUS room with games and a 100" TV! - 8 TVs including a 100" TV in the bonus room - Back patio with outdoor chairs and fire pit - Gas grill Bedroom layouts: BR1 - sleeps 5, King bed, bunk bed with twin top and double bottom BR2 - sleeps 4, Queen bed, double bed BR3 - sleep 2, King bed BR4 - sleep 2, King bed BR5 - sleep 2, King bed BR6 - sleep 3, King bed, twin bed Being centrally located downtown means all your fun is literally right down the block. Walk no more than a minute to get to the first hotspot downtown. Great for large groups like families celebrating a special event or bachelor/bachelorette groups getting together for a bash! FULL KITCHEN The kitchen has everything you need to make meals during your stay, including pots, pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, plates, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, salt & pepper packets, spice packets, cooking spray, and more! COFFEE & TEA We have a coffee maker and Keurig mini plus. We provide one bag of Bella Goose coffee grounds fresh from their roastery along with starter k-cups. You will also find a tea kettle along with provided green tea bags and both sugar and honey packets. GRILL The property has a gas grill located on the property with extra propane tanks if you should run out. Grilling utensils can be found in the units. FIRE PIT Spend your nights around a cozy campfire. This is the perfect way to unwind and relax after a busy day exploring all the Dells has to offer. Please note there is 24/7 quiet hours for rentals in the city so do not bring music or loud groups outside. PARKING We have dedicated on-site parking in the back with 5 spots. YOU CANNOT PARK IN THE ALLEY. There is also street parking available out front but you must follow local laws.
